Order Processing Time
Orders processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Weekend orders are processed the next working day.
You'll get a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation once your order is placed. Processing does not include delivery time.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. May extend during sale seasons, Eid, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 across Pakistan
- Express Delivery: Available in select cities, charges apply at checkout
Delivery Locations
We deliver nationwide — major cities, secondary cities, and remote areas, including Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan (extended timelines may apply). No international shipping currently.
Order Tracking
Tracking number shared via SMS/WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch. May take up to 12 hours to activate on the courier portal.
Failed Deliveries
After two failed delivery attempts, the parcel returns to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges apply, and we'll confirm your address via WhatsApp before re-dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos. Confirmed lost orders get a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days.
