Orders & Payments
Orders confirmed within 24 hours via SMS/WhatsApp. COD and bank transfer accepted, in PKR only.
Repeated COD refusal may lead to future order restrictions.
Pricing
All prices in PKR, subject to change without notice. Pricing errors will be communicated before processing.
Cancellations
Cancel within 12 hours via WhatsApp, before dispatch. Online payments refunded in 5–7 business days.
Returns & Exchange
- Raise within 48 hours of delivery
- Item unused, unwashed, tags intact
- Sale items non-returnable

Liability
ZARASHAHJAHAN's liability is limited to order value. We're not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control.
